BROOKE BODDICKER, Office and Front Desk Manager

Brooke has a diverse background, from a Certified Nurse Assistant to a multiple business owner. She came to Phoenix Health Oasis after running her and her husbands screen printing business since 2014. Her most important and rewarding job to date however, is being a mother to her two daughters.


Brooke and her husband have been married for 17 years and both grew up in the Kansas City area. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, coaching youth cheerleading for her youngest daughter and being at home! Brooke loves to travel, especially to anywhere with sun and sand. A fun fact about Brooke is that her and her husband live on a farm and raise sheep and chickens!

HOLLY MALICOAT, Licensed Esthetician

Holly is a licensed esthetician who is passionate and dedicated to help her clients achieve radiant, health skin. Knowing every skin is different, she believes in the importance of building a personalized routine and treatment for each of her clients. She graduated from Summit Salon Academy KC where she studied esthetics and achieved her CIDESCO International certification. She is experienced in numerous treatments including customized facials, treatments with modalities such as microdermabrasion and microcurrent, chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing, and eyelash and eyebrow enhancement services. She specializes in result driven treatments and is eager to help each client feel the absolute best about their skin. Outside of esthetics, she enjoys self care, baking, and spending time with her friends and family.

TONJA TAYLOR, Front Desk Manager and Scheduler

Tonja returned to her hometown of Kansas City in 2023 after spending the previous seven years living between Boston and Maine. A proud mother of two adult children and grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters, she finds joy and inspiration in her family.

With an impressive 27-year career in the travel and hospitality industry, Tonja brings a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for customer service to her role at Phoenix Health Oasis. Her commitment to excellence continues to drive her, as she works to improve the lives of others through her professional endeavors.

Outside of work, Tonja’s adventurous spirit thrives through her love of travel. She’s dedicated to checking off items from her bucket list and has explored 49 out of the 50 states, in addition to venturing abroad to experience diverse cultures and landscapes. A fun fact about Tonja is that she has a world record in hunting with Safari Club International!
