Important Membership Details
- Initial Commitment: A minimum 3-month commitment is required upon signing up..
- Cancellation: After the initial period, you may cancel your membership. Please note: To ensure the value and integrity of the treatments provided, if an unlimited upper face treatment has been received within 90 days prior to your cancellation request, your membership will continue for the remainder of that 90-day period from your last injection date.
- Monthly Benefit Use: Your included monthly service (or its value) must be utilized each month. The value of your included monthly service can be applied towards one other spa service of your choice during that same month if you prefer. Unused monthly services or values do not roll over to the next month.
- Patient safety and optimal outcomes are our priority. All treatments, including those for off-label areas, are provided after a thorough consultation and in accordance with medical best practices and appropriate clinical intervals. We will discuss the specifics of off-label use during your consultation.
