Your membership fee will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card you have on file with us each month. The charge will occur on the same day of the month you initially signed up. This is an ongoing monthly payment that continues until you decide to cancel your membership.

When you first join, there is an initial minimum commitment of three consecutive months. After fulfilling this initial period, your membership continues on a month-to-month basis.

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time to better suit your needs. Just contact us to make the change. Please be aware that changing your tier (either upgrading or downgrading) will start a new three-month minimum commitment for the new tier level, beginning on the date of the change.

After your initial three-month commitment period has passed, you may cancel your membership at any time. We require a notice by phone or email at least 15 days before your next billing date. Please contact us via call, text, or email to initiate the cancellation process. Cancellations received after the required notice period may result in one final monthly charge.

Your included monthly service (or its value) is intended for use each month to help you achieve consistent results and get the full value from your membership. Unused services or their value do not roll over to the next month. We encourage you to schedule your treatments consistently!

If you choose not to receive your specific included monthly service, you can apply its stated dollar value towards one other single spa service during that same membership month. For example, a Phoenix Spark member could apply their $90 facial value towards a different service and pay any remaining difference. This provides flexibility while still encouraging regular visits.

Your percentage discounts on additional services, treatments (like Microneedling, Laser, Injectables), and products are applied automatically when you check out. Just make sure our front desk team knows you are a member when finalizing your payment for any items beyond your included monthly service.
